"My husband and I have been with Andy for 8 years now. When Tim turned 40 he decided it was time to get more serious about taking care of his body. I soon followed as I did not want to be left out. I remember going for a massage after several months with Andy and the massage therapist told me how well developed and balanced my muscles were. I told her about Andy and she said, 'he knows his stuff because most people have areas that are overdeveloped, not balanced'. Having a trainer is so important to us because it keeps us accountable, but Andy is much more than a trainer. He is family to us and we can not imagine him not being a part of our lives.
